Die Spitzenposition belegt mit großem Abstand bei den System der Nintndo DS Lite, der sich in der Woche von 7. bis 13. August knapp fünfmal so oft verkaufte wie die PSP. Bei der Software führt New Super Mario Bros. vor dem aktuellen Tamagotchi-Spiel aus dem Hause Bandai, ebenfalls für den DS.
